Help to Buy Scheme

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the levels of non-payment of Help to Buy equity loans repayments by recipients for whom interest on their loans is now payable in the latest period for which figures are available.

Homes England administers Help to Buy Equity Loan and processes are in place to collect the interest fee payments that fall due. In the vast majority of cases, Homes England is recovering the fees as expected.
