Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether Defence Business Services record data relating to (a) the number of complaints received, (b) complaint resolution times and (c) complaint trends.

Yes. Defence Business Services collects different sets of monthly complaints data in relation to the complaints processes which are specific to different sets of service lines. These include complaint resolution times and, for the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme and War Pensions Schemes, rolling 12-month trend data.
