Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, to whom honours for courage and gallantry have been posthumously awarded since 1984; and when (a) the incident to which each award relates occurred and (b) each such honour was granted.

Information on recipients of posthumous and gallantry awards is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
