Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many times his Department, excluding executive agencies and non-ministerial departments, was taken to an employment tribunal for disability discrimination in 2017-18.

Between 1 April 2017 and 31 March 2018 the Department, excluding executive agencies and non-ministerial departments, was taken to an employment tribunal for disability discrimination four times.
