Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, with reference to page 27 of his Department's Research Strategy 2014-15, when the outcome of the survey of small businesses to assess the impact of the Bribery Act 2010 on small and medium-sized enterprises will be published.

The Department of Business, Innovation and Skills has shared with the Ministry of Justice the results of a survey commissioned following the Business Services Red Tape Challenge assignment to help small business fully understand the appropriate application of the Bribery Act 2010 and guidance so as not to spend unnecessary time and money on disproportionate measures. At this stage, there are no plans to publish the results of the survey.
