Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 1 December 2014 to Question HL2898, when he expects the re-examining of the case of the late Corporal McLaughlin to be completed.
This question was answered on 8th December 2014
Re-examination of the case will be concluded by the end of the year and I hope to report our conclusions in early January.
