Type 26 Frigates

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, when he expects to take a decision on the baseporting of the Type 26 frigates.

The Type 26 Global Combat Ship programme is currently in its Assessment Phase. The decision on the base-porting arrangements will be taken after the programme's main investment decision.
