Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what (a) discussions and (b) representations from the Information Commissioner's Office he has had on government data sharing.

The Information Commissioner has regular discussions with the Secretary of State for Justice and other Ministry of Justice Ministers about a range of information rights issues, the details of which are not normally disclosed.
