To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, with reference to Part II: Subhead detail of his Department's Main Supply Estimates for 2014-15, what programmes are supported under subheading B; what the purpose and functions are of each such programme; and how much funding was allocated to each such programme in 2013-14 and 2014-15.
