Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what estimate he has made of the number of jobs that will be created in the UK as a result of the Scout specialist vehicle programme.

General Dynamics UK (GDUK) continues to award contracts to tier one suppliers for manufacture of the Scout Specialist Vehicle. GDUK currently estimates the amount of UK jobs involved in this work to be approximately 1,400 across over 160 companies.
