Army: Recruitment

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many personnel were recruited to the regular Army between April 2013 and April 2014; and what his Department's recruitment target was for that period.
This question was answered on 12th January 2015
The recruiting target for regular Army personnel for 2013-14 was 10,060, against which a total of 6,805 were recruited (6,198 soldiers and 607 officers) was achieved.
