Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what representations he has made to the European Court of Justice in response to its consideration of the VAT treatment of bitcoin transactions; and if he will make a statement.

No representations have been made to the EU Court of Justice regarding the VAT treatment of Bitcoin transactions.
