Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, over what time period the contract between his Department and CGI to provide security vetting services will run; and what the cost of that contract will be per year.
This question was answered on 27th January 2015
The contract for building and running the National Security Vetting Solution with CGI was awarded on 22 December 2014, and began on 5 January 2015. The length of the contract is 60 months with a total value of some £11.93 million.
