Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, on what dates (a) power of entry and (b) species control provisions have been used under Section 14(4A) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act, as amended by Section 23 of the Infrastructure Act 2015.

Enforcement of Section 14 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act is a matter for the police and Defra therefore does not hold a record of when those powers have been used.
