Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if he will place in the Library the list of local authority areas which have bid successfully to begin local Innovation in Democracy pilots.

The Innovation in Democracy Pilot Programme (IIDP) is a great opportunity for local people to get involved in influencing policy decisions through facilitated partnerships with their local authorities. Successful areas will be announced shortly and will be published on www.gov.uk.
