Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, how CON29 search data will be allocated when LLC1 data has been centralised.

The new measures relate only to Local Land Charges (LLC1). CON29 is a non-statutory service providing information from a range of sources and Local Authorities will continue to conduct CON29 searches. .
