Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what proportion of suppliers to his Department and its agencies and non-departmental public bodies are signatories to the Prompt Payment Code.

The Ministry of Defence does not record the proportion of its suppliers who have signed up to the Prompt Payment Code.
