Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what the target is for the roll-out of smart meters by energy suppliers by 2020.

The Government has a manifesto commitment to ensure that smart meters are offered to every household and business by the end of 2020.
