Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of suppliers to his Department and its agencies and non-departmental public bodies are signatories to the Prompt Payment Code.

Answering this question would incur disproportionate costs.

I can confirm that as of 26^th February 2015, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Regulation 113) stipulates that payment of undisputed invoices must be made within 30 days, as applicable to MoJ Suppliers and all suppliers within the supply chain.
