To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, how many British nationals are currently detained overseas.

The Terms of Reference for the UK Envoy for Complex Consular Detentions are published on GOV.UK. They do not exclude dual nationals from eligibility for support. Cases are considered in accordance with the published Terms of Reference and the role of the Envoy.
