Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his Department's letter of 27 February 2019 to the hon. Member for Bridgend on the Health and Safety Executive, to what (a) changes, (b) requirements, (c) staffing, (d) training and (e) other issues the notices of contravention placed on his Department in (i) 2012, (ii) 2013, (iii) 2014 and (iv) 2017 relate.
