Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what assessment he has made of the effect of the Human Medicines (Amendment) Regulations 2019 on the NHS England Commissioning Framework for Biological Medicines in relation to changes in medicine without prior consultation with a patient.
