Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the contract value is for the Fleet Solid Support Ship contract.
This question was answered on 1st July 2022
As announced on 1 September 2021, four consortia were awarded Fleet Solid Support ship Competitive Procurement Phase contracts, each worth around £5 million. No contract has yet been awarded for the manufacture of the Fleet Solid Support ships.
