Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 5 December 2024 to Question 16496 on Housing: Construction, how many homes are being delivered under each round of the Brownfield Land Release Fund (a) 1 and (b) 2; and what is the target deadline for delivery in each (i) fund and (ii) round.

The Brownfield Land Release Fund (BLRF) is supporting the release of land that will deliver up to 20,789 homes. A breakdown of funding tranches and delivery deadlines is set out below.
