Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the study published in Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology entitled Asthma and Academic Performance in Urban Children, what assessment he has made of the correlation between asthma and academic performance in children; and what steps he is taking to improve asthma control among children living in urban areas.

No assessment has been made of the correlation between asthma and academic performance in children.
