Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many ministerial directions have been issued by Ministers in his Department in each of the last eight years.
This question was answered on 4th April 2019
The Department’s Annual Report and Accounts, including the Governance Statements for 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18 show that no ministerial directions were issued to the Department.
