Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to the Written Statement of 13 March 2019, Spring Statement 2019, HCWS 1407, when (a) further information and (b) the timetable for the consultation on the Future Homes Standard will be published.

The Future Homes Standard will be implemented through an uplift to the Building Regulations, subject to consultation. We will expand on the technical detail of these proposals during the 2019 consultation on the energy efficiency requirements of the Building Regulations.
