Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many applications for exceptional assurance due to covid-19 travel restrictions have been (a) submitted and (b) decided by UK Visas and Immigration.
This question was answered on 9th July 2021
The Home Office does not publish data relating to numbers of applications for exceptional assurance. The information requested is not held centrally; to obtain it would exceed the disproportionate cost threshold.
