To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 3 May 2019 to Question 247567 on Canoeists, what recent voluntary agreements between landowners, canoeists and those wishing to use the water for recreational purposes have been concluded in the last three years, and if he will make a statement.
