Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, What estimate he has made of the average time taken between an application to enforce a Child Arrangements Order being issued and the court determining the application.

The Government does not hold data on the average time taken between an application to enforce a Child Arrangement Order being issued and the court determining the application. This is because applications for enforcement cannot currently be linked directly to orders made. Obtaining this data would incur disproportionate costs.
