Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many complaints his Department has received from witnesses and victims on a failure to provide separate entrances and waiting areas in courts in England and Wales in each of the last three years.

Over the past three years, the number of complaints recorded about courts in England and Wales not having separate entrances and waiting areas for witnesses and victims is as follows:
