Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many (a) non-molestation orders, (b) occupation orders and (c) injunctions were granted in each year since 2010.

This information is already in the public domain, as the Ministry of Justice publishes family court statistics on a quarterly basis. The latest report, published on 27th June, includes information on the number of non-molestation and occupation orders that have been made by the family courts since 2003.
