The Ministry of Justice collects and publishes annual data on coroners’ inquest conclusions including the number of suicide conclusions but it does not collect data about the location of suicides or any follow up action. The annual coroner statistics are available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/coroners-and-burials-statistics
