The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is responsible for setting out the terms and conditions for all staff within Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service. Length of service is not a consideration in determining an employee’s starting salary or the annual pay award amount that they receive.

Length of service is not a factor in calculating an employee’s pension contributions.
