Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to his oral contribution of 20 November 2023, Official Report, column 4, how many UK troops are in Israel as of 21 November 2023.

There are currently eight UK Service personnel in Israel. These staff are principally part of the Defence Section in Tel Aviv and the British Consulate General in Jerusalem.
