Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will publish the advertisement seeking to recruit Leadership Magistrates; and in what locations that advert was made publicly available.

This is a matter for the judiciary. Any information concerning such appointments is held by the judiciary, not the Lord Chancellor. The judiciary have confirmed that the advertisement was published on the Judicial Intranet.
