Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps his Department plans to take to ensure long-term monitoring of the immune response among people given a covid-19 vaccine booster in autumn 2021.
This question was answered on 14th July 2021
The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation has made interim recommendations on the potential COVID-19 vaccine booster programme. Should this be confirmed, plans to evaluate the programme will be developed in due course.
