To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many Medicines Usage Reviews have taken place in each year since their introduction.

This data has been extracted from the relevant editions of the National Statistics: ‘General Pharmaceutical Services’ for England, which is published on an annual basis by NHS Digital and compares a rolling 10 years data:
