Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of his Departments capital expenditure limit has been switched to resource expenditure limit in each year since 2015; and if he will make a statement.
The table below shows the proportion of the ministry’s capital funding which was switched to resource funding, as agreed with HM Treasury at the Supplementary Estimate in each year from 2015/16 to 2018/19.
