The number of eligible recipients for Cold Weather Payments in areas which have had a cold weather trigger since 1st November 2018 is estimated at 882,000. An estimated £27,100,000 was paid, and Cold Weather Payments are fixed at £25.

These figures are based on estimates published in https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/cold-weather-payment-estimates-2018-to-2019, though figures in the publication may not sum to the above figures due to rounding.
