Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the turnover rate is in service family accommodation.

The Department does not keep information on what the turnover rate is in service family accommodation; however in the financial year 2014-15; there were 16,157 move ins and 17,315 move outs in UK-based accommodation.
The Ministry of Defence has 49,500 service family accommodation properties in the United Kingdom. The number of people who live in service family accommodation is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
