Question to the Leader of the House:

To ask the Leader of the House, when he or his office first communicated to the Private Secretary to HM the Queen the request of the Government to prorogue Parliament.

Any communications between Ministers or officials and the Sovereign or Her Majesty’s advisers are confidential.
