Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, when did Watchkeeper achieve (a) initial and (b) full operational capability; and how did those dates differ from the original baseline schedule.
This question was answered on 12th July 2022
Watchkeeper reached Initial Operating Capacity (IOC) in 2014 and Full Operating Capacity (FOC) in 2018.
The Maingate Business Case of 2005 had initially scheduled IOC in 2010 and FOC in 2013.
