Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what proportion of Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal hearings were adjourned due to a lack of available judiciary in each of the last 12 months for which figures are available.

In the current last 12 months, 25% of hearings were postponed because of the lack of available judiciary. The monthly figures are shown below.
