Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what recent discussions officials in his Department have had with NHS Scotland on ensuring that covid-19 vaccines are made available to (a) eligible personnel serving with the (i) Black Watch, (ii) 3rd Battalion and (iii) Royal Regiment of Scotland (3 Scots) and (b) eligible military personnel who are temporary residents in communities in Scotland.

All personnel in the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Regiment of Scotland have been briefed by their Commanding Officer on the provision of the vaccine ahead of, or during, their operational tour, All military serving in the United Kingdom will receive their vaccine through the Defence Medical Services according to the timelines recommended by the Joint Committee on Vaccinations and Immunisations.
