Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what proportion of identified violations of the Schools Admissions Code since 2011 related to schools not properly prioritising the children of armed forces service personnel.

Since 2011, the Schools Adjudicator has not received any objections relating to the provisions in the Schools Admissions Code about the admission of children of UK service personnel.
