Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what changes have been or are to be made to how bailiffs operate as a result of HM Courts and Tribunals Service recent review of enforcement methods.

HM Courts and Tribunals Service is improving its enforcement functions. Progress is being made on various issues, including improving the effectiveness of bailiff evictions, improving communications during bailiff proceedings, and standardising how bailiff teams operate.
