HM Treasury rents space in three buildings: Rosebery Court, Norwich; Eastcheap Court, London and Melville Crescent, Edinburgh. In each case, the space is rented from other Government departments: Cabinet Office, Debt Management Office and Scotland Office respectively. HM Treasury pays a service charge for each of these occupations, which include rent, rates and maintenance. The below amounts were spent on occupation for the 2014/15 financial year:

Rosebery Court: £188,911.03;

Eastcheap Court: £127,379.20; and

Melville Crescent: £12,112.57.
