Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether (a) Russian and (b) Chinese citizens on the Scottish electoral register but not on the UK Parliamentary register are able to donate to UK (a) politicians and (b) political parties.
