Airports: National Policy Statements

Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when he plans to publish a revised Airports National Policy Statement that takes account of the judgement of the Court of Appeal on 27 February 2020 on Heathrow Airport.

We are still considering the Court of Appeal’s judgment. At this stage the?Government will not be able to make any further?comment?beyond what was set out in the Written Statement?on 27 February from the Secretary of State for Transport. The Department is currently focused on the response to Covid-19.
